The brushed aluminum wall plate and black knob is perfect for commercial environments.

I Ordered a product IS201373, the product was not delivered and I just lost my money. I called and they informed that they sent it, if I didn’t received the product, it is my problem.

Mr. Cunha, as we spoke on the phone this morning, I believe these comments from you are not correct, and I would not want to leave you or other customers with the wrong information. You ordered a part from us. We shipped that product to you (in this case via USPS). They delivered the product to you house, and either someone there misplaced it, or perhaps more likely it was stolen from your doorstep. While I sympathize with this it is grossly misrepresentative to either say you didn't receive the product, or that somehow we are at fault. We lived up to our portion of the transaction. As I stated to you via a phone call (and has been reiterated to you several times in conversation with other team members here at Industrial Stores), we urge you to put in a claim with the US Postal Service to see if the cost can be recovered. This morning I offered to make arrangements to ship you another unit if you wished to order one, and I would even waive the shipping charges for that, however you claimed "the same thing would happen again".  I must reiterate to you that I regret the item in question was more that likely stolen from your delivery location and if you wish to provide me with a different delivery address we could make it so that it shipped requiring a signature upon delivery (this option by the way incurs an additional cost which I was willing to also cover).  So again, it should be noted that the item was delivered as per your order, and it is unfortunately not the responsibility of Industrial Stores that you were not home to receive your product, or arrangements made for that delivery. I would still like to offer you the chance to place a new order for the product in question. I will honor the free shipping offer I made to you and include a requirement for a signature. I look forward to your reply. We at Industrial Stores seek to make all customers happy with their experience, and hope they will return to do additional business with us. We strive to make any reasonable accommodation when we are able to ensure customer satisfaction. In this case, I feel we have gone above and beyond to help you in this instance.
